INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup jasmine rice – 1 ½ cups water – 1 tablespoon olive oil, or butter – ½ teaspoon salt

Rinse the rice several times until the water runs clear. Transfer to air fryer/cake pan. 

Pour over mixture of water, salt, oil (or butter). Swirl well!

Add Water Mixture

Tightly cover the pan with a piece of aluminum foil, then place it in the air fryer basket.

Cook rice for 25 minutes. Ensure the water has been absorbed, adding extra  3 - 5 mins if necessary!

Allow to sit 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork & serve.
