INGREDIENTS

– Sweet Corn Cans, drained – Eggs – Cream Cheese, softened – Jiffy Corn Mix  – Butter, melted – Shredded cheese (I used cheddar) – Milk

Melt the butter & cream cheese in a skillet & stir until combined.

- Combine the Jiffy corn mix, eggs, corn, cheese & milk in a separate bowl.  - Add the  cream cheese mixture. - Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish!

Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until set.
