Butterscotch  Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

– Unsalted butter – Brown sugar – Large egg – Pure vanilla extract – All purpose flour – Baking soda – Butterscotch chips – Flakey sea salt

Whisk together the butter & light brown sugar until well combined. Add the egg & vanilla. Whisk to combine.

~ Add the flour &  baking soda.  ~ Fold the butterscotch chips into the dough.

Let the cookie dough chill in the refrigerator for 30 mins.

Scoop 2 TBSP-sized portions of cookie dough onto the baking sheet.

Bake the cookies until the edges are golden brown. You can garnish with a sprinkle of flakey sea salt if you’d like!
