โ€“ Flour โ€“ Baking powder โ€“ Cinnamon โ€“ Sugar & Salt โ€“ Milk โ€“ Egg โ€“ Canola oil โ€“ Butter โ€“ Maple syrup โ€“ Rum โ€“ Vanilla โ€“ Banana & Pecans

Add the dry ingredients into a bowl & mix. Create a well in the center, then add the milk, egg, and oil. Mix together.ย 

Place a nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour about โ…“ of a cup of pancake batter into the pan. Cook and flip.ย

You can keep your pancakes warm in the oven at 200 degrees F while you make the banana topping.

TIP:

Add the brown sugar, butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a large saucepan and heat until it begins to bubble.

Add the rum and vanilla , then allow to simmer until the alcohol content has cooked off.

Place the bananas and nuts into the mixture and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the bananas turn golden and start to soften.

Remove from heat, pour over a stack of pancakes
