- Mayonnaise - Dijon mustard - Garlic powder - Sourdough or sandwich bread, toasted - Avocado, thinly sliced - Sliced turkey - Crisp cooked bacon - Roma tomato, sliced - Arugula - Olive oil

Stir together the dijon, mayonnaise, and garlic powder. Spread over each piece of toasted bread.

Layer the sliced avocado over the aioli and sprinkle it with a pinch of kosher salt and cracked black pepper.

Layer on the sliced turkey, bacon and tomato. Lastly, pile on the arugula and drizzle it with olive oil.

Season with another pinch of kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Place the second piece of bread on top.
