- Chicken cutlets - Eggs - Italian breadcrumbs - Paprika - Garlic powder - Onion powder - Cayenne (optional) - Salt - Pepper

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

In a container whisk the eggs and in another combine the breadcrumbs and seasonings.

Dredge your cutlet in the eggs, covering each side. Then lay it in the breadcrumbs. Flip and do the same to the other side.

Spray your air fryer and lay chicken cutlets in the basket. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
