3 Ingredient Oatmeal Cookies

– Very ripe bananas – Quick oats – Semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

Step 1

Fold the oatmeal into the mashed bananas, followed by the chocolate chips.

Step 2 

Divide into balls. Flatten each ball until about 1/4-1/2 inch thick. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3 

Allow the cookies to cool for a couple of minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
