Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Cookies

โ€“ Salted butter, softened โ€“ Granulated sugar โ€“ Almond extract โ€“ All-purpose flour โ€“ Raspberry jam

In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and almond extract. Add the flour and mix.

Step 1

Roll the dough into balls and place them onto the baking sheet. Use a glass to flatten the cookie balls.

Use your thumb to make an indentation in the center of each cookie ball. Fill each indentation with raspberry jam.

Step 3

Bake the cookies for 15 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool.
