Corn Casserole without Sour Cream

- Whole kernel sweet corn - Eggs - Cream cheese, softened - Box of Jiffy corn mix - Stick of butter, melted - Shredded cheese (cheddar) - Milk

Melt your butter and cream cheese, till they are combined.

Step 1 

In a bowl, combine the eggs, jiffy corn mix, corn, cheese and milk. Once butter and cream cheese is melted, incorporate them into the bowl.

Step 2

Transfer the ingredients to a greased 8x8 dish. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes, until set.
