Air Fryer  Fish Tacos

– All purpose flour – Paprika – Garlic powder – Cumin – Egg, lightly beaten – Panko breadcrumbs – Cod, cut into 1-inch chunks – Coleslaw – Warmed tortillas

In a bowl, mix the flour with paprika, salt, garlic powder, cumin, and black pepper.

Step 1

In another bowl, whisk the egg and water together. Add the panko to a third bowl, seasoning it with a bit of salt to taste.

Step 2

Pat the cod dry. Dredge the cod in the flour mixture, then the egg, and the panko breadcrumbs

Step 3 

Place the fish bites in the air fryer. Spray them with oil. Air fry at 400F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Step 4 

Serve in tortillas with shredded cabbage, onion, crema, cilantro, and lime.
