INGREDIENTS

– boneless pork chops – all purpose flour – onion powder – black pepper – smoked paprika – garlic powder –  salt – eggs – vegetable oil *all ingredients below

Tenderize and thin out the pork chop until they are ½ an inch thick.

Dredge the pork chops first in the flour, then the eggs and back to the flour again.

Carefully lay two pork chops in the oil so the pork chops are not overcrowded. Cook as directed!

Lightly toast the buns and spread mayonnaise on one side and mustard on the other. Lay the pork chop, with tomatoes and lettuce.
