– Yellow squash, sliced  – Butter – Cream of chicken soup  – Shredded cheddar cheese – Ritz crackers

Preheat your oven to 350 F. Wash your squash and slice into thin slices.

Heat butter in a skillet. Place your squash in and season with salt and pepper. Cook for  5 minutes. Then drain your squash

In a bowl combine cream of chicken soup and shredded cheese. In another bowl, crush Ritz crackers and stir in melted butter.

Place your squash in a casserole dish and pour the soup and cheese mixture over the squash. Stir to combine.

Top with the crushed crackers. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
