For an easy side everyone will love, try this Asian-style air fryer bok choy! Simply toss in sesame oil & garlic powder, then cook to crispy perfection in less than 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

– 3-4 baby bok choy – 1 tablespoon sesame seed – ½ teaspoon sesame oil – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees. Wash & slice the bok choy in half.

Prep the Air Fryer

Add the sesame seed, sesame oil, & garlic powder to a bowl. Toss to coat the bok choy.

Season

Air Fry for 6 minutes, stirring or flipping halfway.
