Sweet Cream Pancakes

Ingredients

– Heavy cream – Milk – Butter, melted – Egg – Pure vanilla extract – All purpose flour – Granulated sugar – Baking powder

In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Add the flour, sugar, and baking powder and stir

Step 1

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Grease the skillet, use a ¼ cup measuring cup to portion out your pancakes.

Step 2

Cook the pancakes for 3 minutes. Flip the pancakes and cook them on the second side for 1-2 minutes.
