– Ground beef – Chili powder – Cumin – Oregano – Salt – Pepper – Tortilla chips – Cheddar cheese – Roma tomato – Bell pepper – Scallion – Fresh parsley

Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat with chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper; drain.

Preheat the air fryer as directed. Line with parchment paper. Add half the chips to the bottom of the basket.

Layer on half the cheese, half the tomato, half the pepper and half the beef. Repeat the layers.

Air fry for 5 minutes. Top with sliced scallions and minced parsley, serve!
