Air Fryer Pork Belly

Ingredients

– Pork belly – Kosher salt – Black pepper – Baking powder – Garlic powder – Oil for spraying

Sprinkle the pork with salt and rub it into the skin and meat. Set the pork, skin side up, on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.

Step 1

Place in the refrigerator and let chill overnight. Whisk together baking powder and garlic powder. Rub the mixture over the pork belly.

Step 2

Spray the inner basket of the air fryer and the pork belly with cooking oil spray.

Step 3 

Place the pork in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes. Turn up the heat to 400 F and air fry for an additional 20 minutes.
