INGREDIENTS

– 16 oz frozen shredded hash brown potatoes – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – Kosher salt, to taste – Black pepper, to taste

Spread the frozen hash browns in a single layer, spray the top with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste.

Cook for 18 mins. Use a spatula to divide the hash browns & flip them.

Spray with olive oil spray & continue to fry for about 5 more mins, or until they’re golden brown & crispy to your liking!

Remove to a serving plate, season with additional salt & pepper if desired!
