– Boneless skinless chicken breasts – Kosher salt – Black pepper – Cream of chicken soup – Stuffing mix – Unsalted butter – Warm water

Spray the crock of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Place the chicken in and  season it with salt, and pepper.

Pour the soups evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken.

Melt the butter and whisk in the water, then pour the mixture evenly over the stuffing.

Slow cook on high for 4-5 hours. Serve warm!
