– Mayonnaise – Sweet chili sauce – Sriracha – Large shrimp – Cornstarch – Buttermilk – Panko bread crumbs – Kosher salt

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Place the cornstarch in a plastic zipper bag.

Pour the buttermilk into a separate shallow bowl. In a third bowl, mix the bread crumbs and salt. Preheat air fryer to 400 F.

Pat the shrimp dry and place them in the bag of cornstarch. Seal and shake to coat the shrimp fully. Place the shrimp on a plate.

Dredge the shrimp in buttermilk, then roll them in the breadcrumbs. Place in the air fryer.

Spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 5 minutes, flip, and fry for another 5 minutes.

Pour the bang bang sauce over them and toss. Garnish with parsley and serve!
