INGREDIENTS

– Loaf of Brioche bread – Eggs – Heavy cream – Milk – Granulated sugar – Vanilla extract – Cinnamon, ground nutmeg – Kosher salt

Cut the bread into cubes, & evenly distribute in the pan.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, & salt.

Pour the mixture evenly over the bread. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.

Bake for 45-60 minutes!
