Lemon Biscotti

Ingredients

– Butter – Granulated sugar –  Lemon zest – Eggs – Lemon extract – All purpose flour – Almond flour – Baking powder – Sliced almonds –Milk

Add the butter, sugar, and lemon zest to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat on medium speed. Add eggs and lemon extract and mix

Step 1

Add flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Mix to combine. Add the sliced almonds and mix

Step 2

Transfer the dough to the lined baking sheet and shape it into a smooth rectangle. Bake the biscotti for 20 mins.

Step 3

Using a serrated knife, slice the log into 1” pieces. Place  back onto the baking sheet, Bake biscotti for another 20-25 mins.

Step 4

In a bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and milk. Spoon the drizzle over the cooled biscotti!
