French Toast Pancakes

Ingredients

– Whole milk – Butter, melted – Maple syrup – Large eggs – Pure vanilla extract – All purpose flour – Baking powder – Ground cinnamon – Ground nutmeg

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.

Step 1

In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix.

Step 2

Preheat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Grease the pan with butter and use a ΒΌ cup measuring scoop to pour your pancakes.

Step 3

Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Step 4

To serve, dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with warm maple syrup
