EVERYDAY FAMILY COOKING

– Olive oil – Beef Stew Meat – Salt & Pepper – Butter – Onion – Garlic – Baby Bella Mushrooms – Flour – Worcestershire Sauce – Beef Broth – Sour Cream

Press Saute on the Instant Pot. Heat the oil. Add beef. Brown for 2 minutes on all sides. Remove from pot.

Melt butter. Saute onions for 3 minutes. Saute mushrooms for 3 minutes. Saute garlic for another 30 seconds. Press 'Cancel'.

Return beef to pot. Add flour, stir to coat. Add worcestershire sauce. Lid and cook on 'Manual' for 15 mins.

Allow 5 min natural pressure release. Remove 3 TBS of liquid to temper with sour cream. Set aside.

(Optional) Add egg noodles to pot and secure lid. The residual heat will cook the noodles in about 10 mins.

Add sour cream mixture to pot. Serve garnished with fresh parsley!
