The BEST Air Fryer  Acorn Squash!

INGREDIENTS

– Acorn squash – Olive oil – Kosher salt – Black pepper, to taste – Unsalted butter (optional)

With a sharp knife cut your squash in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.

Brush the cut sides with olive oil, then season with salt & pepper. 

 Place the squash cut side down, in the basket of the air fryer. Air fry for 15 mins!

Carefully flip the squash. Place 1 tbsp of butter in the cavity of each one, then air fry for about 5-10 more mins.
