Raw chicken fajitas inside air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
  • 1 large red or yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Optional

  • Corn or flour tortillas for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees.
  2. Put chicken strips, bell pepper, onion, oil, chili powder, lime
    juice, cumin, salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a bowl
    and mix.
  3. Place the chicken fajitas in the air fryer and cook for 10-13 minutes, shaking
    the basket halfway through. The fajitas are done when the chicken hits
    165 degrees F at its thickest point.
  4. Remove the fajitas from the air fryer, warm tortillas if needed, and enjoy!
