Place the boneless chicken breasts on a cutting board. Melt the butter in the microwave and then add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the butter. Mix to combine.
Baste butter mixture on the chicken breasts on both sides.
Place the chicken into the air fryer in one single layer.
Cook chicken for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. The chicken is done when it hits 165 degrees at its thickest point.
