Ingredients

  • 3 medium artichokes
  • 1 small lemon juiced (3 tablespoons lemon juice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 340 degrees F.
  • Rinse the artichokes, then trim the stems and remove the tough outer leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the fuzzy choke from the inside using a spoon.
  • Pour the lemon juice over the cut sides. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Flip them and repeat on the leafy side.
  • Place them cut side down in the air fryer and fry for 12 minutes. Open the air fryer, flip the artichokes, then fry for 4 more minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
