Prepare fish by rinsing under cold water and gently patting each side dry with a paper towel. Set the fish aside.
In a small dish, mix the dry ingredients until they are well blended.
Rub the olive oil on all sides of both filets, including the skin side. Generously sprinkle seasonings on all sides of both filets.
Place seasoned halibut filets in the air basket without touching each other. Air fry at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 6-8 minutes, depending on thickness of filets.
Remove when the fish is golden, flaky, and the internal temp reaches 130 degrees.
Serve with rice and your favorite vegetable. Garnish with a lemon slice or wedge and fresh parsley.
