These air fryer turkey meatballs make a delicious, healthy, high-protein meal that still delivers big on taste. Serve over pasta, in a hoagie, or all on their own!
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then form small tablespoon-sized meatballs.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
Working in batches if necessary, add the meatballs to the inner basket in a single layer, leaving a bit of space between them. Air fry for 4 minutes, then shake the basket and fry for another 4 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Serve as desired.
