4 boneless chicken thighs Salt and pepper to taste ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon paprika 1 cup Buffalo sauce
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Place your chicken on a greased baking sheet, parchment paper, or aluminum foil.
Salt and pepper your chicken as you like, then combine the garlic and paprika. Sprinkle the seasonings on top of your chicken.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, till the internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
Remove from the oven and baste your chicken thighs with buffalo sauce.
Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
