4 cups approximately 4 medium size potatoes peeled, diced gold potatoes. 4 cups water 2 teaspoons salt ⅓ cup salted butter melted ⅓ cup milk you can use half and half or even cream, the final result will be richer and creamier ⅓ cup chicken broth I used regular but you could use low sodium
Peeled and diced potatoes.
Put them in the inner pot of the Foodi (Gray bowl).
Pour the water over the potatoes.
Close the lid and set to pressure cook on High for 5 minutes. Valve CLOSED.
Once the 5 minutes has passed, do a manual release for 5 minutes.
Then do a quick release to release the final pressure (approximately 2 ½ minutes).
Once you can open the lid, take the potatoes out of the bowl, place in a mixing bowl.
